SERVICES: PREGNANCY TEST / FREE & CONFIDENTIAL

PREGNANCY TEST

If you think you’re pregnant, confirm your pregnancy with a pregnancy test to know for sure. At Grace Women’s Care Center, we offer free and confidential, lab-quality pregnancy tests so you can move forward with confidence in your pregnancy journey.

FREE PREGNANCY TEST

When To Take a Pregnancy Test

Your body produces a hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) when you are pregnant. A pregnancy test detects the amount of hCG hormone in your urine to determine if you are pregnant. It is a simple and painless process.

The most effective time to take a pregnancy test is at least one week after your missed period. This way, your body has plenty of time to produce the right amount of hCG, the pregnancy hormone. Though pregnancy tests can detect pregnancy earlier than this, waiting a little longer will help you receive more accurate results.

At-Home Pregnancy Tests

While at-home pregnancy tests are 99% accurate, we always recommend women confirm their pregnancy through a lab-quality grade pregnancy test. There is a slight chance your at-home pregnancy test could be inaccurate if you used it wrong or it was taken too soon.

Visit our center to receive a free and confidential pregnancy test!  We’re ready to help. Let’s talk through all your pregnancy options afterward.

What If It's Positive?

There are so many details to know about your pregnancy after receiving a positive pregnancy test. Your next step is a limited ultrasound. Get the support you need and don’t do it alone.

Schedule your free pregnancy test appointment today and learn what’s next. We’re here for you.
